Thanks to our partnership with CLM Consulting (a company based in Arezzo which is specialized in consulting for the refining and recovery of precious metals such as gold, silver, Platinum Group Metals and copper), we can offer advanced technical assistance for the analysis of metals with any degree of purity, including that required by LBMA standards. In addition to the laboratory instrumentation and machinery required for the analysis by cupellation and/or ICP-OES (Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry), we can also provide training to the customer's technical staff on request. Thanks to our know-how allows we are able to train a staff leading them to a very high level of competence.

Italimpianti Orafi really offers an all-round after-sales service: installation, training, 24/7 assistance, and consumables and spare parts which can be purchased online. Due to the extraordinary events that occurred in 2020, we gave birth to a new way of providing assistance: the remote assistance in Augmented Reality. When a problem or failure occurs in a machine, it is necessary to verify it visually in order to intervene effectively and definitively during maintenance. Thanks to this new service, technicians in the field, equipped with smart glasses or a simple mobile device, can communicate in real time with experts remotely, show them the problem or operation to be performed and solve it with them quickly. The customer's technician's screen will display notes, indications, messages and even diagrams right at the time of need. Augmented Reality smart glasses offer the important advantage of being a hands-free technology that allows the technician in the field to work and use their tools while communicating with the Italimpianti expert during the service.
