The machine to separate components from electronic boards uses controlled heat recovery (up to 250/260 degrees) in order to recover not only components but also tin soldering, thus minimizing fume production and the consequent emission of toxic substances, so the suction system with filter is required.

The generation of heat occurs using blowers and thermo-couples controlled by electrical resistances and the major part of components (approximately 70/75%) are split trough a system of adjustable vibration.

A mechanical separator system tears off all components, with an average of 90/95%, included screwed elements and elements with strong welding.

It is enough positioning the machine on a plane floor. Electrical connection with a 63 amp socket.

The process is carried out in perfect safety during each working phase. Machine complete with hoods for connections of the suction pipes.
