The project “FIMRO – New Induction Furnace for the recovery of precious metals from refining ashes, rotary with remote control and monitoring functions” was aimed at the study and development of the prototype of a new machine that combines the advantages of two types of machines that ITALIMPIANTI ORAFI already has in its catalog (rotary and induction static gas ovens), and that will bring significant benefits compared to the products currently present on the world market, also thanks to innovative remote control functions.
The project included the consultancy of a Temporary Manager, who ensured the involvement of the company at all levels, from management to employees, from design and production technicians to assistance, as the new features that will be conferred to machinery by the introduction of 4.0 technologies will cover all departments. In parallel, new production management functions have been implemented according to the most advanced techniques.
