Evaporation Unit

The evaporation process is controlled by a pLc that automatically controls the feed supply of the concentrate as well as the discharge of the distillate and the concentrate, thus requiring only minimal supervision by the worker.

This unit works on heat pump based heating system, working vacuum and at a temperature of approx. 30°c. Heat is exchanged thanks to a conical heated sheath whilst the inside of the boiling chamber is clean by internal scrapers that continually mix the concentrate.

This setup gives a high concentration of the final residue and a low conducting distillate.
