AUTOMATED PM GRAINS PRODUCTION SYSTEM - T-GRAINS
T-Grains creates the ideal conditions for the production of huge quantities of prime-quality gold and silver grains with a low content of oxygen.
It is an automated system consisting of several machines:
- a remotely-controlled tilting furnace;
- a heated die;
- a temperature-controlled graining tank with a dosing system;
- a bucket conveyor belt for the transfer of wet grains, which is able to replace the operator in the lengthy, hazardous and low-value work of moving the grains from one place to the other.
