It can produce very fine precious metal powders that can be used in aqua regia refining processes to substantially reduce the acid dissolution time and allow the dissolution of alloys with a higher content of silver (up to 20%).

These graining tanks are entirely made of stainless steel and have a high-pressure centrifugal pump to impact the molten metal and create the powder. They can be easily tilted to recover the powder.

The semi-atomization process is made through a graphite crucible which is supported by a stainless-steel frame fitted with a propane/air burner to protect the metal from oxidation during the pouring process.
