PARTING HOOD - TYPE CS
These parting hoods use acids to separate precious metals contained in a metal sample in order to analyse the material and determine the most suitable treatment process.
The hoods are made of self-extinguishing polypropylene PPS and are equipped with internal lighting.
Depending on the model, they can be equipped with:
- Two multiple assaying plants, one for HNO3 at 22 Bé and the other at 32 Bé, able to hold 25 or 36 samples at a time in special quartz containers. The plants are made out of Pyrex glass and fitted with a fume condensors and 1200 W heaters.
- One or more 1700 W electric heaters able to handle 6 flasks each.
- Two pyrex glass containers, one for HNO3 at 22 Bé and the other at 32 Bé, fitted with 2000 W electrical heaters.
- Flask washbasin
- Acid collection tank with stainless steel drain pipe.
