Anti-vibrating table type tav/a

This wooden table is covered with “Formica” and has a anti-vibrating marble surface which supports the analytic scale.

Bench drill type trb/a

The bench drill is used to take samples of precious metals to be assayed. It is a high precision bench drill mounted on oversized ball bearings. The pulley bush and the drill chuck spindle are made out of rectified iron - characteristics ensure a long life.

Compact titrator (free acidity)

• Safe handling of chemicals:Contact with toxic chemicals should always be avoided. The Solvent Manager facilitates filling and draining solvents used for titration analysis. Increase safety in the laboratory and save time with sample preparation by using Solvent Manager to handle the chemicals in One Click.

Cupel sample treatment unit type mslr/b

Used for crushing, rolling and annealing samples of metals during the assay process.

Cupellation furnace type fcopp

The cupellation furnace removes all non-precious metals from samples of precious alloys.

Electronic analytic scale

This high quality precision scale is used to weigh metal samples in the assay process.

Melting furnace for ashes assay type ffc

These furnaces are used to melt precious ash samples in order to obtain a metal button containing the precious metals.

Optical emission spectrometry icap pro x duo icp-oes

Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) is an analytical technique used to determine how much of certain elements are in a sample. The ICP-OES principle uses the fact that atoms and ions can absorb energy to move electrons from the ground state to an excited state. In ICP-OES, the source of that energy is heat from an argon plasma that operates at 10,000 kelvin.

The ICP-OES principle relies on those excited atoms releasing light at specific wavelengths as they transition to a lower energy level.

As an electron returns from a higher energy level to a lower energy level, usually the ground state, it emits light of a very specific wavelength. The type of atom or ion (i.e, which element it is), and the energy levels the electron is moving between, determines the wavelength of the emitted light.

The amount of light released at each wavelength is proportional to the number of atoms or ions making the transition.

Parting hood - type cs

These parting hoods use acids to separate precious metals contained in a metal sample in order to analyse the material and determine the most suitable treatment process.

Portable analyzer desktop xrf spectroscout

The X-ray fluorescence spectrometer has developed into an all-round talent for the fast, non-destructive analysis of small spots and the rapid mapping of large surfaces.

SPECTROSCOUT provides precision and accuracy at a wide range of concentration levels, typically present in precious metals alloys. It also offers rapid (30-300 second) readout. Its performance makes SPECTROSCOUT a superb choice for small shops or portable use, or an ideal backup system for larger operations.

Portable analyzer xrf - xsort

The X-ray fluorescence spectrometer has developed into an all-round talent for the fast, non-destructive analysis of small spots and the rapid mapping of large surfaces.

XSORT is a compact portable spectrometer with an ergonomic design for rapid element testing, screening and analysis of a wide range of materials in the most varied locations, environments and conditions.

Terminals for titration (silver,copper)

The terminal has a high resolution, brilliant Touch Screen that can be freely and conveniently positioned thanks to the cable connection. This coupled with the adjustable display angle guarantees you enjoy an ergonomic and stress-free working environment.
