E-PYRO - INCINERATION FURNACES FOR GOLDSMITH SCRAPS

It takes advantage of the pyrolysis process to dry macerate these items under protective gas without the development of an actual combustion and thus without open flames. This results in an ash which can be refined to recover the metals it contains. Depending on the materials to be incinerated, the furnace can be equipped with an post-burner and possibly a fume scrubbing tower to ensure emission standards.

It is equipped with a lid lock safety system that will only turn off when the temperature turns low enough again. The working cycle is fully automatic, and a dedicated ramped heating recipe can be used to make the various materials incinerate evenly.

It is also available in TWIN (double) model for larger volumes.
