Ball mill

The mill is used to crush crucibles, boraxes and residues containing precious metals into powder in order to homogenise it and determine the precious metal content.
The mill is built entirely out of iron sheets.

E-pyro - incineration furnaces for goldsmith scraps

E-PYRO is an induction furnace for the incineration of small volumes of goldsmithing polishing waste (e.g., sludge or filters) or e-waste chippings.

Incineration plants

The combustion temperature of the material to be burnt is controlled by automatically dosing the quantity of air sent beneath the grill in order to maintain a constant generation of fumes. The latter is important as it allows the after-burner to completely burn off any unburnt substances present in the fumes and respect the two second dwelling time of the fumes inside the after-burner, as requested by the European laws.
The working temperature of the after-burner is regulated by a thermoregulator which in turn regulates the burner (either methane or propane).

Powder mixer

The tilting cover is equipped with hinges and seals as well as a breathing valve with sleeve filter.
The mixing device motion is obtained by means of a gearmotor and a worm screw.

Pyrolysis furnace

This plant has been conceived with a technology essentially based on the process of a controlled pyrolysis of the organic components with a subsequent thermal destruction of the latter into gas and contemporary calcination of the inorganic waste.

Static gas oven type fgr (gold, silver, alloys, ashes)

These furnaces are used to melt metals as well as precious ashes and come equipped with spoutless crucibles able to melt from 6 to 75 kg of ashes/fondants or from 19 to 250 kg of alloys depending on the model

Tbrf - top blown rotary furnace

The TBRF is a pyro-metallurgical furnace which has many applications.
